This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled at Customized Jewel.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time of the request.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be approved and a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be declined.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

5. After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and conditions.
