As a Canada-based company shipping to customers in the the United States, we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and compliant shipping services. 1. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders.
  • Shipping cost (flat rate): USD 8.95 per order.
  • We do not currently offer express, expedited, or free shipping (unless during promotions).

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak times (e.g. holidays, big sales), processing may take longer—thank you in advance for your patience.
  • Once your order ships, we’ll send an email containing the tracking number and courier details.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (street, unit/suite, postal/ZIP code, country).
  • We are not liable for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or insufficient addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to your address error, you may need to cover re-shipping costs.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered within expected time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide order number, shipping address, and any damage photos (if applicable).
  • We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue—either via replacement or refund, based on circumstances and availability.
