We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and inserts, must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or packing slip) is required.

- The return or refund request is submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process:

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer-Paid Returns: If returning due to change of mind or incorrect size, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Company-Paid Returns: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Return Policy for Customized Products:
- Customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
- A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of custom work.
- Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the customer’s satisfaction.
- Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or texturing, will be made to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or no charge, depending on the extent of the work involved.
Damaged or Defective Customized Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged customized item, please contact us immediately at info@customizedjewel.com. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the above process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly.
