This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made from Customized Jewel.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

3. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized items, including engraved or made to order products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without prior return authorization
  • Items returned after the 30 day return window

4. Return Approval Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at info@customizedjewel.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If your return request relates to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may ask for clear photos of the item and packaging to review the request.

Return requests are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is provided at no cost only for approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If the return is approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions by email.

Returns sent without approval may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If any cash on delivery orders are accepted by the store, refunds for such orders will be processed by bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

8. Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement where available.

If a replacement is not available, an approved refund will be issued instead.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

10. Rejected Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The item does not meet the eligibility conditions listed above
  • The item is returned used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • The return request is made outside the allowed return period
  • The return is sent without authorization
