We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and inserts, must be included.

Pre-paid Labels: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email at no cost to you.
No Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Final Sale: Items that have been personalized or customized (e.g., custom names, engravings, or specific design requests) are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions: If a customized item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@customizedjewel.com, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Request Authorization: Contact us at info@customizedjewel.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Label: Our team will review your request and send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.
Ship Item: Securely package the item and attach the provided label. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your statement.
